Early Wednesday morning, Donald Trump declared victory in the presidential election as the Republican Party was leading Kamala Harris in projected Electoral College votes.
Neither candidate has obtained the 270 Electoral College votes required to win the presidency.
Despite NBC News predicting his victory in Pennsylvania, the former president fell short of winning the presidency by four electoral votes.
"I want to thank the American people for electing me as their 47th and 45th president," Trump said to supporters at the West Palm Beach, Florida, Convention Center.
"Now it's evident that we've accomplished the greatest political feat," he stated.
"Trump declared, "We'll mend our nation," surrounded by family and campaign officials. "We'll remedy everything in our country.""
He stated that America had granted an unprecedented and potent mandate, encompassing his fellow Republicans' regaining control of the U.S. Senate.
"Trump declared that this victory will mark the golden age of America, allowing us to make America great again."
During his speech, Trump commended CEO Elon Musk for supporting him in his campaign, specifically by forming a political action committee, America PAC, to back him.
The recent successful landing of SpaceX's Startship rocket booster onto its launch pad in Texas was discussed by Trump at length, following the rocket's upper stage splashing down halfway around the world in the Indian Ocean.
Trump remarked, "I believed it resembled a Space Age film."
Elon Musk, the richest person in the world, has been born as a new star, Trump stated.
Kennedy Jr. endorsed Trump during his presidential campaign.
Kennedy, a vaccine skeptic and conspiracy theorist, would play a key role in determining health-care policy in Trump's administration.

Ohio Sen. JD Vance, Trump's running mate, expressed gratitude for being permitted to join the President on their journey.
Vance expressed gratitude for the faith placed in him and remarked on the historic political comeback that just occurred in the United States of America.
It was anticipated that Harris would speak to her own supporters at Howard University, her alma mater, in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday night.
The vice president chose not to speak and intends to do so later on Wednesday.
