In Delaware federal court, the jury in the criminal gun trial of Hunter Biden continued their deliberations on Tuesday morning.
The jury commenced deliberations on Monday afternoon following the presentation of closing arguments in the trial, but only convened for approximately one hour prior to adjourning for the day.
President Joe Biden's son, Biden, 54, is facing charges in U.S. District Court in Wilmington for three crimes related to purchasing and possessing a handgun while being an active drug user and addict.
Biden is facing charges in a separate case in Los Angeles federal court for failing to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes over four years.
In September, two months before his father will contest former President Donald Trump in the election, he is set to commence trial in that case.
