On the "Call Her Daddy" podcast that aired Sunday, Vice President Kamala Harris was focused and professional during her interview.
During the 40-minute conversation, Harris mainly argued against Trump, criticizing his record on women's rights and abortion.
"According to Harris, there are currently 20 states with Trump-imposed abortion bans, which is the same man who previously stated that women should face punishment for obtaining abortions."
In 2022, three Supreme Court justices appointed by Trump were part of a majority that overturned Roe v. Wade, a landmark decision that established a federal right to abortion for half a century. The decision gave states the freedom to regulate or allow abortions as they chose.

But the podcast does not typically broach political topics, Cooper noted.
"I am aware that my audience has diverse political views, so please listen to me when I state that my goal today is not to sway your political beliefs," Cooper said on the podcast before interviewing Harris.
Harris' "Call Her Daddy" appearance is part of a planned media blitz to push Trump out of the news spotlight.
In a Fox News interview, Melania Trump, the former first lady and wife of Trump, expressed her pro-choice stance on abortion, contradicting the Republican party's position.
