The top 15 companies to work for in Singapore, as ranked by LinkedIn.
In 2024, LinkedIn's list of the best workplaces in Singapore ranked the top 5 companies as banks.
Pooja Chhabria, head of editorial for Asia-Pacific for LinkedIn, informed CNBC Make It that commercial banking firms dominated the 2024 LinkedIn Top Companies in Singapore, accounting for more than half of the top 15 (an increase from 5 in 2023).
"As a well-established financial hub in the region, Singapore has stable regulatory frameworks and increased adoption of digital banking, which is no surprise," she stated.
LinkedIn evaluates various aspects of career advancement through its data analysis. The company ranked companies based on eight key factors: opportunities for career growth, development of skills, stability, external opportunities, affinity towards the company, diversity in gender, education, and employee presence in the country.
The list, released on Wednesday, only contains companies with at least 500 employees in Singapore as of the end of 2023, and excludes recruiting firms, educational institutions, and government agencies.
