Both sites offer project opportunities, and Okome suggests joining Facebook groups focused on podcasts to discover job postings. You can also search for openings on sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or Google Jobs. Projects vary in duration, with some being one-time and lasting less than 30 hours, while others are weekly and ongoing.
