Raising two young children while being a professional soccer player is even more challenging.

Sydney Leroux, an Olympic gold medalist and World Cup winner, has discovered a straightforward approach to managing her mornings with her seven-year-old son and four-year-old daughter.

"She shared with Make It that her kids are in school and they do their morning routine together. She also revealed a little hack to simplify mornings."

To ensure that she arrives at practice on time, the Angel City FC forward puts her kids to bed in their school clothes the night before.

"My son came up with the idea first, and I was impressed," she says to Make It. "I thought it was brilliant and we should do it often. I even planned to do it with your sister."

Leroux's son, who wears a uniform to school, sometimes even sleeps in his polo, while her pre school-aged daughter has no problem sleeping in her "comfy clothes."

While Leroux claims her approach "saves us a lot of time" when preparing her children for the day, she acknowledges that managing two young kids in the morning is always challenging.

""Despite the chaos in our morning routine, we manage to complete it. I believe my hack is useful," she remarks."
