Nicole Kidman reveals the primary motivation behind her intense work ethic: job creation.

Nicole Kidman is everywhere these days.

In 2024, the Academy Award-winning actress will have three film and three TV series appearances, marking her 25th year of continuous work in the industry.

Kidman recognizes that her fame can generate job opportunities for others, and she strives to maintain a steady career.

Kidman admitted in an interview with Variety that it's challenging for her to prioritize self-care because she's so used to putting others first.

"She continued, 'I can create more work and jobs for people, and I am passionate about it.'"

Kidman stated that she frequently wishes she possessed "superpowers so that I could be in multiple places at once."

"Since I was a little girl, this is what I have always dreamed of. Now that I love what I do, I will give it my all and then go home to be with my family."

Earlier this year, the 5' 11" actor stated that her height posed challenges in breaking into acting, with some individuals even advising her not to pursue it.

""I remember auditioning for 'Annie'. I had to talk my way through the door because they were measuring you before you went in. I was mortified, I was over the mark," she said at the time."

Her resilience, which she described as her "superpower," was developed after experiencing success following numerous rejections.

"My daughters understand that the key to success is not in the outcome, but in how they handle other people's responses. That inner strength as a human being is the true superpower."
