It can be challenging to allow yourself to rest when you've spent most of your life working tirelessly.

Karlie Kloss, who identifies as a "workaholic," has been managing a busy schedule since she was 15 years old. Her responsibilities include modeling, hosting TV shows, engaging in philanthropy, and running her own business.

Although her dedication and effort have led to great success, Kloss admits that her personal life has suffered as a result.

Kloss, who is currently promoting a health and wellness campaign with Thorne, says that she has missed numerous birthdays, weddings, and Mother's Days due to her travel and work commitments.

With two young children at the age of 31, the multihyphenate is striving for balance.

She says, "I realized that I want to work hard, but I also care about balancing my responsibilities and caring for the people in my life."

The New Yorker requires strict adherence to separating work and home life.

"On Saturday, I'm fully with my family," Kloss says. "I try to be disciplined about having the morning and evening with my kids."

Kloss emphasizes that her boundaries are not about reducing her workload but rather about managing her time effectively. She wants to ensure that she can spend quality time with her children and cherish this unique moment in their lives.

"She remarks, "I believe there are different stages of life. As a young family, I am currently in a phase where my family's needs and priorities are my top priority.""

As her children grow older and spend less time at home, Kloss anticipates being tempted to reevaluate her boundaries.

She says that when her children are in school all day, her workaholic tendencies are likely to intensify.
