Americans are leaving paid time off on the table.

Over 78% of U.S. employees do not utilize all of their PTO, as per a recent Harris Poll survey of 1,170 American workers.

Taking time off is difficult due to busy schedules, heavy workloads, and the constant pressure to be available.

The cost of flights, hotels, and other vacation amenities has increased by 15% compared to 2019, according to a NerdWallet analysis.

A majority of U.S. workers prefer more paid time off over a higher salary, according to a Harris Poll.

In order to prevent exhaustion and enhance staff retention, numerous corporations, particularly those in the travel sector, are providing their employees with substantial allowances to explore the world. Some companies are also offering to cover a portion of their employees' vacation expenses, either through flight or hotel vouchers.
