She acknowledges the need for a job and financial stability but emphasizes the importance of prioritizing mental health.

Doe suggests doing affordable or free things that bring joy, such as shutting down your computer at a set time every day, going for a walk, getting fresh air, or engaging in other low-cost activities.

She advises finding balance.

Spending long hours sitting in front of a computer and filling out applications can take a toll on you, which may reflect in job interviews.

In addition to taking care of your mental and emotional well-being, Doe advises being strategic in seeking out resources for help.
