On Thursday, a regulatory filing revealed that United Atlantic Ventures LLC, a significant shareholder in the company, disposed of over 7.5 million shares.

As per the 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Andrew Litinsky, the managing member of UAV, owned 7,525,000 shares of Trump Media as of March 25, which represented 5.5% of the then-outstanding shares in the social media company.

According to the filing, United Atlantic Ventures LLC holds 100 shares as of the specified date.

More than 56% of Trump Media shares are owned by former President Donald Trump, which are traded under the ticker DJT on the Nasdaq.

Trump Media was proposed to the former president by UAV, a partnership between Litinsky and Wes Moss, in February 2021, after he was banned from Twitter and Facebook following the January 6th Capitol riot.

Both Litinsky and Moss were participants in Trump's reality show "The Apprentice."

In late March, Digital World Acquisition Corp. completed its merger with Trump Media, resulting in UAV receiving more than 7.5 million shares.
