According to LinkedIn, these are the top 5 companies to work for in India.
The eighth annual list of top companies to work for in India has been released by LinkedIn, with companies that prioritized employee experience and growth topping the rankings.
In recent years, the global work environment has undergone significant changes, including mass layoffs and the adoption of generative AI, and both employees and employers are learning to adapt to these changes.
Pooja Chhabria, a LinkedIn career expert, states that companies are attracting and retaining professionals by launching upskilling initiatives and offering flexible working arrangements.
The ranking of companies is determined by eight criteria: the potential for career advancement, opportunities for skill development, stability of the organization, external market prospects, alignment with company values, diversity in gender, educational background, and the number of employees in the country.
