Doha's Hamad International Airport has surpassed Singapore's Changi Airport as the world's top airport, according to Skytrax.

For the third consecutive year, Hamad International Airport has been named the best airport in the world.

Over 100 nationalities of travelers took part in the Skytrax survey, which ranked Hamad International Airport as the top airport globally for shopping.

Skytrax has named Changi Airport the world's best airport 12 times, including 7 consecutive wins from 2013 to 2020 and another in 2023.

This year, the airport in the city-state was named "Asia's Best Airport" and also received the "World's Best Airport Immigration Service" award.

In 2023, South Korea's Incheon International Airport improved from fourth to third place and was recognized as the world's most family-friendly airport.
