Before TikTok's potential ban in the U.S., the app has announced new guest additions.
TikTok's ban remains uncertain as ByteDance has not sold and the Supreme Court has not issued a definitive ruling yet.
Donald Trump, the President-elect, submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court prior to the argument on Friday, advocating for the court to halt the ban, but it is uncertain how specifically he would achieve a political resolution.
Trump has previously altered his stance on TikTok, ultimately utilizing the app as a successful campaigning device that contributed to his election in November.
The Biden administration is exploring options to keep TikTok operational in the US if the ban is implemented on Sunday, as per three sources privy to the talks.
