The head of the top-level economic and financial policy-making body will deliver an opening keynote speech at the summit, according to South China Morning Post.

Beijing's stimulus measures have led to signs of economic recovery in Hong Kong's third quarter, according to the exchange operators.

The three-day conference features prominent global bankers such as JPMorgan Chase President Daniel Pinto, Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, Citigroup CEO Jane Fraser, and Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon as speakers.
