In the second quarter, Aramco, the Saudi state oil company, reported a net profit of $29.1 billion, which was 3.2% less than the same period the previous year due to low production volumes.
Aramco maintained its $20.3 billion base dividend for the second quarter and announced a $10.8 billion performance-linked dividend to be paid in the third quarter.
